REALFI Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the RealFi platform, including the RealFi website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). RealFi provides a payment rewards solution that allows users to create an account, scan purchase receipts from approved vendors, and earn Real tokens as rewards.

Agreement

By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

**BY USING REALFI, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.**

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use RealFi. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
RealFi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.

3. Receipt Scanning & Rewards

3.1 Approved Vendors

Rewards are only available for purchases made from vendors that have been approved by RealFi. The list of approved vendors may change at any time without notice.

3.2 Receipt Submission

  • The receipt is genuine, unaltered, and legally obtained
  • The purchase was made by you
  • The receipt has not been previously submitted
  • The purchase complies with all applicable laws
Fraudulent, duplicate, manipulated, or otherwise invalid receipts may result in disqualification from rewards and account termination.

3.3 Reward Determination

  • Verify receipts
  • Approve or reject reward claims
  • Determine the amount of Real tokens awarded
  • Modify reward rates, eligibility criteria, or reward structures at any time
Reward processing times may vary.

4. Real Tokens

4.1 Nature of Tokens

  • Are part of a decentralized technology ecosystem and may operate independently of RealFi
  • Have no guaranteed monetary value
  • Are not legal tender or fiat currency
  • Do not represent ownership, equity, shares, or any form of investment in RealFi
  • May be subject to volatility, technical risks, regulatory changes, or loss

4.2 Ownership, Vesting, and Withdrawal

You acknowledge and agree that any Real tokens displayed, credited, or shown as earned within your RealFi account are not your property until all required identity steps are complete and the tokens have been withdrawn from the RealFi Platform to an external wallet approved by RealFi.

  • You have successfully completed any required Know Your Customer (KYC) or identity verification procedures
  • The Real tokens have been fully withdrawn from the RealFi Platform to an external wallet approved by RealFi
Until withdrawal occurs, earned/accrued/pending tokens remain the sole property of RealFi, are conditional and revocable, and may be modified, delayed, reduced, frozen, or revoked at RealFi’s discretion.

4.3 Clawback Rights

RealFi reserves the unrestricted right, at any time and for any reason, to claw back, revoke, cancel, reverse, or deduct any Real tokens earned, credited, pending, or withdrawn through the Platform.

  • Actual or suspected violation of these Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent, misleading, or improper receipt submissions
  • Abuse or manipulation of the rewards system
  • Errors, bugs, exploits, or technical malfunctions
  • Regulatory, compliance, or legal requirements
  • Any other reason determined by RealFi in its sole discretion
You waive any claim against RealFi related to such clawbacks, reversals, or revocations.

4.4 Decentralization Disclaimer

RealFi does not control, guarantee, or take responsibility for the operation of any underlying decentralized networks, smart contracts, or blockchain technology associated with Real tokens. Network disruptions, protocol changes, hacks, exploits, or failures may occur and could result in loss of tokens or functionality.

4.5 No Financial Advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for determining whether participation in the rewards program or use of Real tokens is appropriate for you.

4.6 Token Modifications

RealFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue the Real token rewards program or any related features at any time, including reward calculations, distribution methods, utility, availability, or redemption options, without liability.

5. Prohibited Activities

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent receipts
  • Use bots, automation, or scripts to exploit the Platform
  • Attempt to manipulate the rewards system
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the Platform

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to RealFi and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

7. Termination

RealFi reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently delete any user account at any time, with or without notice, and for any reason or no reason at all, including suspected fraud, abuse, violations, legal or regulatory concerns, or business decisions.

  • Your access to the Platform and Services will immediately cease
  • Any pending, accumulated, or unredeemed Real token rewards may be forfeited without compensation
  • RealFi shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from such action
RealFi is not obligated to provide a reason for account deletion or suspension.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." REALFI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." REALFI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REALFI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REWARDS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REALFI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REWARDS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RealFi, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to the RealFi Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction determined by RealFi, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

RealFi may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
