Rewards become available after the receipt/reward is approved. A reward is selectable when it's approved and not redeemed.
Redeemed means the reward has been used in a cashout that is completed/paid, so it should not be usable again. If a withdrawal is rejected, that reward should be set back to not redeemed.
Yes. If a request is REJECTED, you can submit another request using eligible (approved + not redeemed) rewards.
Yes, as long as you still have eligible rewards remaining. If you have 10 REAL total and withdraw 2 REAL first, you can submit another request for the remaining eligible rewards.
Your receipt is reviewed. Once approved, the associated reward becomes eligible to withdraw, and any linked goal progress can be updated.
No. Attaching a goal only links that receipt to a goal. Progress counts toward the goal only after approval of that receipt/reward.
A goal should only reflect the receipts/rewards linked to that goal, not all rewards in your account.
Never share seed phrases or private keys. Only approve wallet prompts you initiated. Verify URLs before signing or connecting.
Common reasons: Some rewards are reserved by an active withdrawal request. Filtering logic may be inverted. The UI might exclude rewards from older rejected requests.
Typically, only active requests should reserve (e.g., PENDING and APPROVED until completed). REJECTED should not reserve.
